The policy in one line
If you book directly with us and don't see dolphins during the trip, the choice is yours: a full refund, or come back on a brand-new trip with us at no extra cost, covering everything included in the full trip. Seeing even one wild dolphin counts as a sighting, whatever the species or colour.
Why we offer it
Selling a tour shouldn't end when the boat leaves the pier. It should come with responsibility for the promise we make to you. Our confidence comes from nearly 20 years of experience, knowledge of the sea and dolphin behaviour, and a network that helps us search strategically.
What it does not promise
We can't guarantee which species of dolphin you will see, or what colour. We do stand by the policy if you don't see dolphins.
